BE WELL IS ENFORCING ALL COLLEGE REQUIREMENTS FOR PPE & SANITATION GUIDELINES.
Our Acupuncturist, Chiropractor, and Massage Therapists will each be wearing different levels of PPE as per their College requirements.
Patients who enter the clinic are required to wear a mask, unless they have a medical condition that would make that unsafe.
All patients are REQUIRED to complete a COVID-19 screening questionnaire for each appointment. The questionnaire will be emailed to you 2 hours prior to your appointment. If unable to complete ahead of time, you have the option to complete one once you arrive. Failure of the screening questionnaire, or failure to complete one will result in our practitioners being unable to provide your treatment.
CHANGES TO NOTE:
BE WELL's illness policy is mandated by the Colleges, that any patient not feeling well, exposed to COVID, diagnosed with COVID/or has any symptoms - is to refrain from receiving treatment/entering this practice for 10 days to ensure the safety of all practitioners & immunosuppressed patients.
*It can take up to 10 days for any cold or virus to run it's course.
Due to the nature of this clinic facilitating immune-compromised. Being in contact with anyone who is sick could potentially be contagious to the regulated health practitioners. This would result in a practitioner/s needing to reschedule two-six weeks of patients.
THEREFORE, IF YOU ARE FEELING "OFF" OR ILL - PLEASE CALL TO CANCEL & CONSIDER THE WELLBEING OF PRACTITIONERS & IMMUNE COMPRISED PATIENTS.
-Patients are being asked to arrive ON TIME for appointments. Should you arrive early, you are welcome to check-in using bewellacupunctureclinic.janeapp.com/checkin. (You must know your login info to use this feature) Otherwise, we ask that you remain in your vehicle until your appointment time.
- BE WELL only has one chair in the waiting room, so please wait in your car.
- Absolutely no walk-in patients. You must have a scheduled appointment because we have to limit the number of people in the building at one time.
TO INCREASE HANDS FREE/PHYSICAL DISTANCING:
Online credit card payments are now available, and any patient can securely add a credit card to their patient profile to make payments more manageable. This is voluntary, and patients will still be able to pay with their preferred method of payment at the office.
Patients are encouraged to use contactless forms of payment at this time.
