Our private treatment room is located within a modern, calming and established wellness clinic. The space is designed to provide clients with a professional and comfortable experience while allowing you to focus on what matters most — your practice and your clients.

We are especially interested in welcoming a professional whose services complement our existing clinic and who is looking for a long-term professional home.
The space may be suitable for a -
-Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) - Medical Aesthetics Professional - Osteopath - Naturopath - Counsellor/Therapist, or another compatible regulated health or wellness professional.
BE WELL has an established reputation in the Greater Sudbury community and a strong existing client base, creating opportunities for professional visibility, collaboration and cross-referrals.
Lease Details
Monthly Rent: $900 + HST
Weekly Payment Option: 4 weekly instalments of $254.25
Rent Due: Full monthly balance by the 24th of each month
Lease Options: 1-year or 3-year term 🎁 3-Year Lease Incentive — $1,000 Rent Credit
Practitioners who commit to a qualifying 3-year fixed-term lease will receive a $1,000 rent credit.
Fixed term required for incentive. Lease terms and conditions apply.
You operate as an independent contractor, establish your own working hours and retain 100% of the professional fees you generate.
