Matcha is anti bacterial, is helpful in reducing inflammation and to even skin tone. The antioxidants are also known for reducing acne and increasing skin elasticity.
Directions:
Scoop desired amount of clay powder into bowl (non metal materials only). Gradually add drops of warm water and stir until desired consistency is reached (think mud). Apply with fingers or brush on face, avoiding eye area. Let dry.
Those with sensitive skin can allow for a 3 minute drying time. Rinse with warm water and pat dry. Moisturize!
For a deeper clean, mix clay powder with apple cider vinegar.
For a soothing effect, mix clay powder with yogurt.
